Imperial Office Furniture employs field area sales managers covering all parts of mainland U.K. Their core responsibility is to provide support to our dealer base with a hands on approach.

A varied range of support is on hand, from product training, site visits and surveys, assisting with quotations, joint presentations to end user clients and ongoing updates with information and all current literature.

Our internal sales team deal with general queries, check and input customer orders, together with the support of posting out of literature, wood samples and up to the minute image library DVD.

After Sales does involve a number of roles, from repairs, replacement of goods to the despatch of spare parts.

We at Imperial office furniture have internal personnel to take care of every eventuality with the benefit of a dedicated customer assurance person who will deal with the issue in an efficient and prompt manner ensuring total satisfaction.
